Used in actual races including the Super GT which is in the top categories of the nation, the racing spec brake rotor created through repeated research and development is “BRAKE ROTR Racing”. Adopting a 2 piece type which differentiates the rotor and bell housing, we combine special carbon for the rotor material with our unique technology. As a result, it is crack resistant, enabling a stable friction coefficient and succeeding in sufficiently extracting the brake pad performance. We also used duralumin, which is heat resistant and strong, for the bell housing part. It realizes a reduced unsprung weight while also contributing to stable brake force. ※The fastening of the bell housing and the disk of the front 2 piece rotor is a fixed type. (Floating specifications are treated as special orders. (Excluding R35GT-R))

The disc is 2 pieces type construction to reduce the weight and the 84 multi vanes give very good cooling and high rigidity. So we can enjoy the good pedal feel too.

ENDLESS made the dyno test to compare the disc temp and the friction level with Audi Original Disc and ENDLESS RS3 Replacement Disc as the above.
From this data, we could see about 200℃ temp difference and also about 0.1μfriction level difference.
Such this good cooling disc can prevent the disc temp to rise up and then the brake pads can stand longer too.

ENDLESS Replacement Disc for AMG C63S (W205) Front
ENDLESS developed the replacement disc of AMG C63S (205) front.
The standard disc construction is hybrid one with aluminium hut and cast iron to reduce the weight. But anyway it's very heavy.
ENDLESS arrange 2piece type construction to be lighter and the 84vanes give very good coolability and good pedal feel caused by the high rigidity of the multi vanes.
